Referral Programme
Beckwood developments (oxford) ltd will reward individuals/companies who refer new clients to us.
How it works:
Our Client Referral Programme is open to everyone. If you know of an individual who you believe would benefit from our services, we invite you to refer them to us. If your referred candidate engages in paid construction work with Beckwood you will be eligible for a referral reward as detailed below. Successful referrals will result in the referrer receiving the outlined fee below.
The referrer can choose to receive this directly or for it to be donated to their nominated charity. The referral reward will be a one-off payment based on 1% of the contract value of the instructed construction works from the referred candidate. The payment will be made upon commencement of the contracted works.
For example:
£250,000 contract value – referral fee at 1% = £2,500
£500,000 contract value – referral fee at 1% = £5,000
£1,000,000 contract value – referral fee at 1% = £10,000
£2,000,000 contract value – referral fee at 1% = £20,000
